How long does shipping normally take?
It depends on what you order. We ship door to door with UPS. Shipping a ProTee VX to the US takes about 4 working days.

How much space do I need?
You’ll need at least 9 ft (2.75 m) of ceiling height. The hitting zone is 25″ x 21″ (65 x 55 cm), and the unit mounts above you — freeing up your floor and making it ideal for tight spaces.
Is it compatible with GSPro and other software?
Yes, the ProTee VX works perfectly with GSPro, and also integrates with TGC 2019 and other top simulation software — giving you access to thousands of virtual courses.
Is it easy to install?
The ceiling-mounted setup is simple and clean. We recommend working with a certified installer or reseller for the best result, but many users do it themselves with the included setup tools.
